Support During Your Rental
- We can Facetime if you want support with setup, otherwise we supply a very comprehensive manual.
- We call the day after you receive the system to give you an evening to familiarize yourself and do a session.
- We are always here for you on text, phone or email, 7 days a week.
- We can arrange to call you once a week if desired. Otherwise, we are happy to leave you to enjoy the benefits at home yourself.
Choosing the Right Rental Provider
- POSTAGE / FREIGHT – We don’t charge for postage – other providers charge between $70-$80 on top of their advertised rental price for postage. We cover that cost so you don’t have to.
- INSURANCE – We cover insurance – other providers have it hidden in their fine print that you need your own insurance. We cover theft & accidental breakage so you don’t need to add it to your home policy.
- HEADPHONES – We supply headphones – other providers leave it up to you to source your own corded headphones. We provide Seinheiser 400 Headphones, so you don’t have to think about it.
- EXTENSIONS – We can always extend your system – other providers make you apply for an extension – if you love it; we want you to keep your momentum! You, and your needs, are our priority.
- PURCHASE REBATE – We offer an extra $50 as a purchase rebate if you want to buy, so $300 total. We have bought many systems over the years so can guide you through all the options.

Common Questions
- What if I want to book it for later not straight away? There is a section in the contract where you can tell us the day you would like to receive the system. We will work the postage to that day.
- It looks hard to set up, what about the head sensors? It looks daunting, but its not after the first few times. The head sensors go in the same place each time, we have photos & videos in the manual.
- What if it is stolen from my house? Just give us a copy of the police report and we can shut the system off remotely. Then we will send you a replacement when we know the house is secure.
- What if it gets damaged during the rental? If it was an accident and not malicious, just let us know straight away, send a photo and we will send a replacement part. Upon return include the damaged part.
What Length of Time is Best?
- 4 WEEK – Great if you want to try it out first. Client still get amazing results in 4 weeks.
- 12 WEEK – If you want to give yourself the time to commit to deep change.
- 52 WEEK – This is if you have a long term goal you are working to or a more complex challenge.
