You or a loved one may be living with long-term challenges that impact daily life in ways other people do not always see or understand. For many N.D.I.S Participants, everyday tasks can take more effort, more energy and more emotional resilience than most people realise.

What you are really hoping for is steady progress. Small wins. A little more calm, focus, clarity, regulation over time. Not perfection overnight, gradual improvements that make daily life feel a little easier and more manageable.

You may already be using supports, therapies or routines that are helping. You may also feel cautious about trying something new after investing so much time, energy, and hope into other approaches over the years.

We have worked with many N.D.I.S participants and families with similar concerns so we have included some of their positive experiences below for you to read.

In our experience, NeurOptimal® can help support secondary challenges such as emotional overwhelm, frustration, anxiety, mental fatigue, focus, memory and resilience during difficult periods.

Being realistic, meaningful change for more complex challenges can take time. We have had clients experience gradual but very worthwhile progress over many months and sometimes years. For this reason, we offer a reduced-price unlimited annual hire option for long-term use.

Neurofeedback is simple to setup with sessions going for 33 Minutes. Sometimes it can require a bit of strategy to get the buy in & routine started but ultimately it can add time back into your day by making other hurdles like emotional regulation & task management easier.

D.V.A Clients

Many Veterans carry stress long after their service years have ended. Sometimes it shows up as hypervigilance, emotional exhaustion, difficulty relaxing, disrupted sleep, anxiety, frustration or feeling constantly “on edge.” In other cases, it can look quieter from the outside while still having a major impact on daily life and relationships.

Although we have not personally worked with DVA clients in our clinic we use an identical Neurofeedback System with our community of trainers around the world who have had great success – you can read a bit more about this success below.

We acknowledge it is not the same. but we have worked with many everyday people experiencing high levels of stress, emotional dysregulation, PTSD and complex trauma symptoms and have seen these clients experience significant but gradual shifts in these areas over time. This includes improved sleep, reduced emotional overwhelm and feeling calmer with more capacity to cope with everyday life. In our experience, progress is often made through small consistent wins rather than dramatic overnight change.

We are currently looking to work with ex-service personnel who are open to using NeurOptimal® and providing honest feedback about their experience. We value genuine appraisals & realistic conversations around the positives and limitations of the process. For this reason we are offering a reduced rate below.

Read How NeurOptimal® Helped Veterans in San Diego, U.S.A

This report looks at the use of NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback as a complementary support tool for veterans experiencing PTSD and depression through the non-profit organisation Operation Giving Back in San Diego. Veterans completed between 20 and 30 Neurofeedback sessions, usually twice per week. Their symptoms were measured before and after training using the PTSD Checklist (PCL) and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI).

The report includes several case studies of veterans dealing with issues such as trauma, depression, anger, anxiety, poor sleep, suicidal thoughts, relationship problems and substance use. Across the examples provided, most participants showed lower PCL and BDI scores after the sessions, along with reported improvements in calmness, sleep, emotional regulation, motivation, concentration and relationships.

The report notes that NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback helped these participants reduce PTSD and depressive symptoms and may work alongside existing therapies and medical treatments. It is a non-clinical overview and should be taken as reference data only.
